'Curitani sancti episcopi et abbatis Ruis' ['Curetan the holy bishop and abbot of Ross'; the entry continues '.... Mind Bairend', and some have attached the word 'Mind' to Ruis, making the saint bishop of 'Ruis Mind'. But that name is otherwise unknown, and 'Mind Bairend' would make perfect sense as 'the relics of Barrfind', and is therefore a preferable reading.
