NGR for the parish church of Dull. It had four sanctuary crosses in 1842. A Class III slab, 8th-century cross recovered on excavation inside the church in 2003 (NMRS). The parish is also known as Appin of Dull (Appin na Dow in circa 1630, Geog. Coll. ii, 599)
