The 'well of Taubernavin' is shown on Pont MS no. 10 as the source of a burn rising on the eastern side of 'Moirmont' (OS Mormond Hill) and flowing east through Crimond. This burn seems to correspond to the Burn of Savoch, or one of its tributaries.
