The site is on the bank of the Urr Water, which is here the parish boundary. No remains of the church or the graveyard survive, though in the nineteenth century it was recorded that 'there are persons living who remember having seen fragments of human bones and handles of coffins ploughed up' (NMRS citing, OS Name Book 1850).
