Notes
The farm of Chapellaroch is supposedly built on the site of a chapel of the BVM. The suggestion may be supported by the presence of a settlement on the haugh 560 metres SW of Chapellaroch called Dalmary. NMRS states that the ruins of the chapel were still standing in 1724 and foundations were visible in 1896. Nothing now remains. It was said to be attached to the Priory of Inchmahome.
