On the west bank of the burn which forms the eastern boundary of Callander parish. NMRS records little evidence - 'a slight elevation of the surface' - of the building. It cites OS Name Book (1863) to the effect that there was a nearby spring believed to have curative powers. See St Mary's Well, Callander.
