Notes
Close to Baile na Cille ('farm of the church') is the ruinn of Teampull Mhoire, thought to be early sixteenth century. It is one of two churches on Pabbay recorded by Martin Martin on his tour of c.1695, the other being Kilmaluag, which must be the chapel lying a few yards to the north of this one. See NMRS for further notes.
