The river flows west and reaches the sea at Uig, Uig Bay. Note the site of a former church or chapel and burial ground at NG399638, which NMRS calls Uig Church, at Clachan. Nothing remains of the church, and it may have been destroyed by a flood in 1877 (NMRS).
