Notes
This burial ground, of ancient date, was once used by Catholics. It became the burial ground of the chiefs of Clan McPherson, whence its alternative name, Cladh Chluanaid (from nearby Cluny) (NMRS). The hill above the graveyard is called Tom an t-Sagairt (Hill of the Priest) on both OS 6 inch 1st edn and on OS Digimap.
