Notes
Known locally as 'The Lady Well', it is a natural spring enclosed with stones. It was visited 'in the month of May by country people especially for the curing of headaches' (NMRS, citing NSA and OS Name Book 1867). The well, no longer in use, is a natural spring lined with stones. No trace of the graveyard remains, and the font could not be found(NMRS, 1969).
