On the bank of the Kintradwell Burn. See Lelong in SAJ 2003 for discussion of early medieval burial ground at this site. Note nearby broch labelled Clentrolla Pictish Tower on OS 6" 1t edn. Also see Watson 1926 for disussion of early forms. NMRS records St Trolla's Chapel at NC922074, and notes that human remains were distrubed here, including 16 burials, all extended and supine, at least two of them with stone settings around the heads and upper bodies.
