Notes

The remains of the chapel lie at the western end of Loch Earn, south of the point where the Kendrum Burn flows into the loch. On the loch itself, 105 metres away from the chapel, is a crannog whose large oak timbers include one dated to about 750 AD. NMRS records the dimensions of the chapel (40feet long and 15 feet wide) and the presence of a cross-incised boulder, citing Lacaille 1927.
